EU Directive

The Regulation (EU) 528/2012 („Biocide Regulation“) on the placing of biocide products on the market, regulates the registration of biocidal active substances and biocidal products.
Throughout the entire EC, only approved biocidal active substances in approved biocide products may be manufactured and sold.

Registered active substances are listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 528/2012 or they are part of the „List of active substances and suppliers“ mentioned „Article 95 List“ of the EU Biocides Regulation 528/2012.
